the banquet hall

tangerine sunset spills upon the banquet hall no one notices

silent moments quell the chaos, muffle the din and nourish the soul

gross darkness hovers hurting humankind believes that God is a foe

city dwellers know nothing of the vinedressers’ joy of harvest time

Ethiopia ancient civilization core of life’s marrow

the people in black will mourn the Man of sorrows seeing him through tears ~Zechariah 12:10

cast your burden in the depths of the ancient sea remembered no more

be washed inside out the pure in heart will see God crystal cleansing stream
