Dear Mr. Potato Ricer…

Dear Mr. Potato Ricer,

It has come to my attention……that cooks across America have hidden you on the back shelf or worse — given you to the Goodwill! I am writing to say that I am reviving your art of squeezing. We have the same goal — no lumps, just creamy goodness. I know you were created somewhere in history between the Puritans and the Jetsons, but how could we have forgotten you?! I love you. Welcome back. Don’t worry about Kitchen Aid. It’s just a fad. Oh, and I’ll add the butter myself…

Yes, it is true. I had to hunt high and low for a potato ricer, but I found one. And yesterday, I made the most delicious, creamy, lumpless mashed potatoes ever! Oh how I love Mr. Potato Ricer!

Amazing menu but I didn’t expect anything else! Just wish I could have been there to enjoy.
