Favorite Photos of 2012

Each December I post my favorite photos of the year. Some I love for their artistic quality and others I love for the sheer memory of the moment.  Above is taken just outside of Evergreen, Colorado.

This is undoubtedly my favorite of 2012, taken  on the Canadian side of Glacier National Park and is breathtakingly beautiful. The lake was still, and the reflection is as gorgeous as the mountains.
