Ta-Da, The Plum Good, Plum Pudding

I made the brandy hard sauce for the plum pudding this afternoon. Then I sat down and enjoyed a small bowlful. The first season’s eatings offerings. Yes, it brought back all the warm memories of home, holidays, and family. My mom would be so proud.

I also put my turkeys in the oven. I will cook and carve them today and make the gravy. It will be easy to heat and serve tomorrow.

Two more people are coming, making our total 19. There are so many things I am thankful for, but right now I am digging my kitchen and house. What a blessing to share with others.
