Today I hosted a family autumn garden party for just the ladies. It was fun to get together and catch up, and the weather was perfect for eating under the backyard arbor next to the koi pond. The brook bubbled, and the dragon flies flitted about the yard all afternoon. I wonder if they were secretly listening to our conversation…
