I’m delighted to share about my new book, “A Roadmap to Joy: Find Your Way in a World of Discontent.”
The book comes from a very tender place in my heart. For years I have wrestled with the tensions that so many of us feel: longing for joy while walking through disappointments, pressure, uncertainty, and seasons that feel heavier than expected. Through learning true gratitude, seeing beauty in everything, journaling in poetry and story, and leaning into worship, God has changed my perspective to surrender and faith in trusting His goodness. This relinquishing act brought cleansing and release. It revealed to me that joy isn’t something we stumble upon; it’s a spiritual pathway we choose one step at a time.
A Road Map to Joy invites readers to journey down that path. Within its pages are poems, stories, and gentle meditations drawn from my life and travels around the world. From quiet mornings in Jerusalem, Moscow, or Addis Ababa to seasons of grief, change, gratitude, and hope, each chapter offers a lantern of truth for anyone who feels weary or discontent, illuminating how gratitude steadies the heart, how God’s presence meets us in hidden places, and how joy rises again when we realign our souls with what is eternal. My prayer is that these words will breathe peace into restless hearts and help readers rediscover the joy that can flourish even in challenging times.
This book is not simply inspiration; it’s an invitation. An invitation to slow down. To notice beauty. To remember God’s faithfulness. To brush with mystery and experience soul-stirring wonder. To let His joy break through the cracks of everyday life. Whether someone is walking through loss, transition, or spiritual dryness, or simply longing for deeper intimacy with God, I believe A Road Map to Joy will serve as a gentle companion and a guide toward lasting joy.
A Road Map to Joy releases February 3, 2026, and is available now for preorder on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
